   Using a search facility can be tricky at times - the search needs to match your inquiry exactly. Many times if you put multiple words, you will accidentally eliminate your result. It is best to keep your search as simple as possible - "Less is More," using as few unique words as possible. So try a few different ways of searching before giving up! Also, check your spelling - spelling counts, especially on transliterated words.

EVERYDAY FREE SAVER SHIPPING! (2-9 business days) on orders over $49.
Everyday Free Shipping is valid in the Continental U.S. only on purchases of $49 or more in the same order. Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select SAVER SHIPPING shipping during checkout to receive free shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Due to its large size and weight, shipping fees apply on all sukkahs and bamboo mats and are not eligible for any free shipping criteria or promotions.


SAVER SHIPPING (2-9 business days) Orders that do not meet the minimum $49 requirement for Everyday Free Shipping pay a flat rate charge of ONLY $3.95 for your ENTIRE order. Actual days in transit will be shown on the Shipping Information page at checkout.

Standard Ground Delivery (1-6 business days) Flat rate charge of ONLY $7.95 for your ENTIRE order. Actual days in transit will be shown on the Shipping Information page at checkout.

3-Day Service
3-Day Service will be shipped the same business day if it's received by 2:30 p.m. EST Monday - Thursday, pending order verification. Your order will be received before the end of the third business day. This service is trackable, and is only available in the Continental USA.

2-Day Service
2-Day Service will be shipped the same business day if it's received by 2:30 p.m. EST Monday - Thursday, pending order verification. Your order will be received before the end of the second business day. This service is trackable, and is only available in the Continental USA.

Priority Overnight
Priority Overnight will be shipped the same business day if it's received by 2:30 p.m. EST Monday - Thursday, pending order verification. Your order will be received by 10:30 a.m. the next business day. This service is trackable, and is only available in the Continental USA.

International shipping options and ship times vary from country to country. There is a good likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages shipped. These charges and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Express Service
All orders will usually ship by the next business day, pending order verification. Orders will ship via UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the order, and will be shown to you on the shipping tab at checkout.

Our Return Policy Is Simple:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Books must be in their original condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Due to hygenic concerns, all Yarmulkes/Kippahs are not returnable. All Judaica items and pre-loaded iPads are final sale.

Returns are Easy:
Simply fill out the return form that was enclosed in your order. Include the return form with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Returning Gifts:
We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange your gift, or issue a gift certificate for the amount of the items being returned to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. We cannot refund cash for returned gifts.

Please be sure to include the return form with your contact information.

Refunds:
We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

In accordance with applicable state law, we are required to collect sales tax in New York State where ArtScroll.com has its operation. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. The exact sales tax will be listed on your invoice (packing slip) and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is shipped.

No sales tax is collected on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates will be charged sales tax where required.
